I build things.

I used to manage people and code. Now I manage agents.

Software, tools, and systems. At Obligate, where I was CTO for five years, that meant a platform for issuing securities on-chain. Hundreds of millions in securities have been issued on it since launch.

Today I build tools for working with AI agents, software that protects my focus, and projects driven by my own curiosity.

I also work with founders and teams: deciding what to build, assessing existing software, helping teams work with agents, or taking a contained build from scope to handover.

What I have done

The record.

Professional work.

Client work, unnamed.

Product scopingCoaching engagement, client unnamedBooked to coach the team on AI agents, I first helped clarify what the product needed to do and turned that into a spec the team could build from. Not what I was hired for, but what needed to be done.
Code and security assessmentTechnical review, client unnamedI read the whole codebase, its security and its architecture, and tied every finding to a file and a line. Then I wrote up what a rebuild would take.
Helping a team ship with AI agentsFive sessions, client unnamedThe team was prompting one feature at a time and waiting on each response. Across five sessions, I introduced a spec-driven workflow and coached them through using agents on their own product.Within days of the first session, they were shipping in parallel.

Independent projects.
